Drawbie — Return and Refund Policy

At Drawbie, every order is backed by a 30-day return window. If your Drawbie family member arrives and it is not quite right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In its original packaging with all accessories included
  • In unused or gently used condition
  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

How to start a return

Send an email to contact@drawbie.com with your order number and a short note about why you would like to return your Drawbie. Our team will respond within one business day with a return shipping label and the return address.

Please wait for our confirmation email before posting anything back to us. Returns sent without prior contact may be delayed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund is processed within 5 business days back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few extra days to appear on your statement.

If you paid by credit card, the refund returns to the same card. If you paid by PayPal, iDEAL, or another local method, the refund returns through that same channel.

Exchanges

If you would prefer to exchange your Drawbie for a different colour or family member, mention that in your return request email. We will reserve the replacement and ship it out as soon as we receive your return.

Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please write to contact@drawbie.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund. You are not responsible for return shipping in this case.

Return shipping costs

For standard returns (change of mind), the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. For damaged, faulty, or incorrect items, return shipping is on us.

Non-returnable items

  • Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase
  • Gift cards
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items showing significant wear beyond reasonable inspection

EU consumer rights

If you are based in the European Union, the 30-day return window above is in addition to your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU. You may cancel your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. The full statutory text and a model withdrawal form are available on request.
