These Terms of Service govern your use of drawbie.com and any related services (the Site). The Site is operated by Wixz B.V., registered in the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under KvK number 97194727. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. About us

The Site is owned and operated by Wixz B.V. (we, us, our). All contracts of sale entered into through the Site are between you and Wixz B.V., even where the storefront uses the Drawbie brand name.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to make purchases on the Site. The products are designed for children but the purchasing contract is with the adult buyer.

3. Products and pricing

We work hard to display products and prices accurately. Colours on screen may differ slightly from the physical product. In the rare case that a product is listed at a clearly incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund any payment received.

All prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout, inclusive of applicable taxes for the destination country where required by law. Shipping costs are added at checkout.

4. Order acceptance

An order is a request to buy. The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for reasons of stock availability, suspected fraud, or pricing errors.

5. Payment

Payment is processed at the moment you place the order, through our payment provider. Accepted methods are shown at checkout and may include card payment, PayPal, iDEAL, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other local methods depending on your country.

6. Shipping and delivery

Shipping terms are covered in our Shipping Policy. Estimated delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you provided.

7. Returns and refunds

Returns are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. EU customers retain the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal in addition to our 30-day return window.

8. Intellectual property

The Drawbie name, logo, product designs, photography, copy, and website content are protected by copyright, trademark, and design rights. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use them commercially without written permission.

9. User content

If you submit reviews, photos, or other content through the Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use that content in connection with the Site and our marketing, with attribution where reasonable. You retain ownership of the content itself.

10. Account security

If you create a customer account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss arising from the use of the Site or our products is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything else that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data. By using the Site you agree to that policy.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Site. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands. Disputes will be heard by the competent courts of the Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence inside the European Union.

EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr to resolve disputes out of court.
