This Privacy policy explains how Wixz B.V., the company behind Drawbie, collects and uses your personal data when you visit drawbie.com or place an order with us. We take your privacy seriously and only collect what we genuinely need.

Who we are

What we collect

  • Contact details — name, address, email, phone (when you order or sign up)
  • Order details — what you bought, when, payment confirmation (no card numbers)
  • Account credentials — if you create one (you don't have to)
  • Browser and device data — IP address, browser, operating system, pages visited (via cookies and analytics)
  • Communications — emails, support messages

Why we collect it

  • To process your orders and deliver Drawbie to you
  • To send order confirmations and shipping updates
  • To send the newsletter you signed up for (and to which you can unsubscribe in any email)
  • To improve the website and our products through anonymised analytics
  • To meet legal and tax obligations (e.g. invoicing, VAT records)
  • To prevent fraud and keep the website secure

Who we share it with

  • Shopify — our e-commerce platform (data processor)
  • Payment providers — iDEAL, Klarna, PayPal, Stripe, etc. (only what they need to process payment)
  • Shipping partners — name and address only, to deliver your order
  • Klaviyo — for email marketing, if you opted in
  • Google Analytics, Meta Pixel — for website analytics, anonymised where possible

We never sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

  • Order data: 7 years (Dutch tax law)
  • Account data: until you delete the account
  • Newsletter signup: until you unsubscribe
  • Anonymous analytics: up to 26 months

Your rights

Under GDPR (EU) and UK GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct it if it's wrong
  • Have it deleted ("right to be forgotten")
  • Object to processing
  • Receive your data in a portable format
  • Withdraw consent at any time
  • Lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or your local supervisory authority

Cookies

We use cookies to make the website work and to learn how it's used. You'll see a cookie banner the first time you visit. You can change your cookie preferences at any time.

Children

Drawbie is for children aged 3 to 8, but the website itself is intended for adult buyers. We don't knowingly collect personal data from children under 16.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy materially, we'll let you know via email or a notice on the website. The "Last updated" date at the top tells you when we last did.
