Free shipping on every order over €60.

A single Drawbie is €79.99, so in practice every Drawbie ships free. Smaller orders, such as a refill pack on its own, are charged the rate below and the exact cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Rates

Delivery times

Delivery times depend on your country and are shown at checkout. Every order is sent with tracking, and you will receive an email with the tracking link as soon as your parcel is on its way. If you need your Drawbie by a particular date, write to us before you order and we will tell you honestly whether it will make it.

Tracking

Once your order ships you will get an email with a tracking link. You can also write to contact@drawbie.com at any time for an update.

VAT and customs

Prices include VAT for orders inside the European Union, and there are no customs charges within the EU. For destinations outside the EU, local taxes and duties may be charged on delivery by your local authority.

Packaging

Drawbie arrives in its retail box, protected by a recyclable cardboard outer mailer. The outer mailer is plain, so it does not announce what is inside on the doormat.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your parcel has not arrived ten working days after dispatch, write to contact@drawbie.com. We will chase the courier and either resend or refund.

Address mistakes

Please check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, write to us immediately. We can often still correct it before the parcel leaves. Once it has been dispatched we cannot redirect it.
