If something is not right with your Drawbie, we want to make it right.

Our return promise

You have 30 days from the day you receive your Drawbie to request a return for a refund or exchange. The 30 days start the moment your parcel is delivered to your address.

How to start a return

Don't post anything yet. Please write to us first at contact@drawbie.com with:

  • Your order number
  • What's not right (briefly)
  • A photo if relevant (especially helpful for damaged items)

We reply within one working day with the return address and any next steps. We may be able to help without a return. Sometimes a quick fix or replacement part is all that's needed.

What we accept back

  • Unopened, sealed Drawbie: full refund within 30 days, no questions.
  • Opened, used Drawbie that turned out not to be the right fit: full refund within 14 days under EU consumer law (right of withdrawal), provided the product is in good condition. After 14 days, returns of opened products are at our discretion.
  • Damaged or defective Drawbie: full refund or free replacement within 30 days. We'll cover return shipping.

Return shipping

  • For damaged or defective items, we cover return shipping. We'll send you a prepaid label.
  • For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping. Typical cost €5 to €10 within the EU.

How long until I get my money back?

Once we receive your return at our European fulfilment hub, we inspect it and refund within 14 working days, to the original payment method. Most refunds are processed within 3 to 5 working days.

Things that cannot be returned

  • Used markers, used drawing pens, used drawing cards (hygiene reasons)
  • Drawbie products that have been damaged through misuse, modification, or non-compliance with the user manual
  • Gift cards

Your rights under EU and UK consumer law

If you live in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, regardless of reason. Our 30-day return promise is a voluntary extension of that right and does not replace it. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
