1. About these terms

This website (drawbie.com) is operated by Wixz B.V., a private company with limited liability registered in the Netherlands at Groenewoud 14a, 5151 RM Drunen, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. The agreement

An agreement between you and Wixz B.V. is concluded the moment we send you an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse an order, in which case we will refund any payment made.

3. Prices and payment

All prices on this website are in euros and include 21% Dutch VAT, where applicable. Prices may change at any time, but the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Payment methods include iDEAL, Bancontact, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay and Shop Pay.

4. Delivery

Delivery times and rates are described in our Shipping policy. We aim to deliver within 5–6 working days across the EU. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

5. Right of withdrawal

Customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery, without reason. We voluntarily extend this to 30 days. See our Returns & refunds policy for the procedure.

6. Product information and safety

Drawbie is intended for children aged 3 and over. Use as described in the included instruction manual. Adult supervision is recommended at all times during use, particularly for younger children handling cards and markers. See our Safety & certifications page for full details.

7. Intellectual property

"Drawbie", the Drawbie logo, the mascot, the product designs, the cards and all content on this website are the intellectual property of Wixz B.V. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, copy or commercially use any of it without prior written permission.

8. Liability

Wixz B.V. is not liable for damage arising from:

  • Use of Drawbie outside its intended purpose
  • Failure to follow safety instructions in the manual
  • Unauthorised modification or repair of the product
  • Improper charging or handling

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights. Our liability for direct damage is limited to the purchase price of the product.

10. Disputes and applicable law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country provides otherwise. EU consumers also have access to the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top tells you when we last did. Continued use of the website after a change constitutes acceptance.
